These terms govern your use of the Fresh Faced website and the purchase of MARLO, the MSB and our services. By purchasing from or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

• MARLO - a competitive-intelligence report and prioritised plan, delivered as software. £995, one-off.
• MSB - a strategist-led deep-dive that builds on MARLO's research. £5,000, one-off.
• Retainer packages - ongoing strategy and execution. From £3,500 per month.

Orders & payment

MARLO is £995, taken as a one-off payment securely through Stripe at checkout. You may optionally add ongoing support at £99 per month. Any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are shown at checkout. Placing an order confirms your agreement to these terms.

Delivery

Your MARLO report is delivered within 72 hours of you submitting the required details (your business, goals, budget and the competitors you want analysed) via the intake form. The 72-hour period begins when we receive your complete details.

Refunds & guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your report, we offer a free re-run or a full refund within 7 days of delivery. To request one, email hello@freshfacedmarketing.co.uk.

Ongoing support subscription

The optional support subscription is £99 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period. Subscription members receive the benefits described on our pricing pages.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

Your report is provided for your business use and may be shared within your team. Our methodology, software, templates and materials remain the intellectual property of Fresh Faced. You agree not to resell or redistribute our products as your own.

Liability

Our recommendations are based on the data available at the time and are provided in good faith. We do not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the amount you paid for them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
