Who we are

Fresh Faced is a UK marketing agency based in Wales. We operate this website and provide MARLO, the MSB, and retainer services. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@freshfacedmarketing.co.uk. For data-protection purposes, Fresh Faced is the data controller.

Information we collect

• Information you give us - when you submit an enquiry or purchase MARLO: your name, email, phone (if provided), business name, website, and the details you share about your business, goals, budget and competitors.
• Payment information - payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Usage information - we may collect anonymous analytics such as pages visited and device/browser type to understand and improve the site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To deliver your MARLO report and any services you purchase.
• To process payments and manage any subscription.
• To improve our website, products and services.

Our legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (to deliver what you buy); legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and improve our services); and consent (for optional analytics or marketing, where required). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site (for example, to remember your cookie choice). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not store in full), and your device and browser. Where Google Signals is enabled, Analytics may also report aggregated demographics and interests and recognise returning visitors across devices, using data from signed-in Google users who have allowed this.

Analytics cookies only load if you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner. Choose "Essential only" to decline them, and you can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser. Payment and form providers (such as Stripe and Dubsado) may set their own cookies as part of their service. We do not use your personal data for our own advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the providers who help us operate - for example Stripe (payments), our form and email provider, and our analytics provider - and where we're required to by law. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@freshfacedmarketing.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
